What you'll do

  • Build and enhance the Center's strategic vision and mission in collaboration with university stakeholders
  • hire and develop the Center team as needed
  • nurture staff and others involved in leadership activities
  • develop relationships with students and optionally teach an average of one seminar per semester
  • stay engaged with leadership development research and practice
  • support the Vice Provost for Education
  • maintain relationships with alumni
  • grow financial and other resources through partnerships, fundraising, and financial planning.
