What you'll do

• Set reference parameters and corrections on Fanuc and Siemens controls
• diagnose mechanical and electrical component failures
• identify parts and perform reactive repairs and spindle replacements
• perform machine alignment checks and preventive maintenance
• document parts and material use
• follow safety, security, and ISO procedures
• assist other departments
• instruct less senior technicians
• participate in continuous improvement and 5S
• work overtime or alternate shifts when business needs require.
