Window Sales Coordinator

What you'll do

• Accept orders from outside sales staff and customers in person or by phone
• enter quotes, estimates, and orders into the company system
• schedule deliveries
• verify inventory and notify the Store Manager of needs
• maintain customer files
• process customer credits accurately
• communicate inventory status and pricing to customers and sales staff
• resolve customer service issues
• coordinate special orders with vendors and receiving staff
• answer telephone inquiries
• attend required meetings and safety training
• follow safety procedures.
