What you'll do

• Help achieve individual and store sales and productivity goals
• model and coach exceptional customer service and client development
• assist with recruiting, training, motivating, and retaining associates
• help evaluate associate performance
• maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
• perform opening and closing procedures and paperwork reconciliation
• protect store assets and inventory
• enforce company policies and procedures
• manage client books and clienteling.
