What you'll do

• Build rapport and understand customers’ formalwear needs
• use product knowledge and brand storytelling to advise on styling and fit
• conduct fitting appointments and advise on fabrics, accessories, and event aesthetics
• guide customers through the online platform for event setup, group looks, orders, exchanges, and adjustments
• support customers through checkout
• meet individual and team sales goals
• maintain showroom presentation
• collaborate with teammates and stay informed about products and styling trends.
