What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, ambulation and transfers, dressing and shaving
• prepare meals and snacks according to instructions
• accompany patients on errands or medical appointments
• perform light housekeeping
• provide patient-specific support that may include hospice support, medication reminders, range-of-motion exercises, blood glucose monitoring, bed-bound patient care, incontinence care, and use of gait belts or Hoyer lifts.
