Description

Job Title: Hospice Chaplain/Pastoral Counselor/ Spiritual Caregiver. Reports to: Clinical Director. Job Summary: Primary function is to serve as the spiritual care specialist, addressing the spiritual needs of hospice and palliative care patients in their place of residence. Conducts spiritual assessments, analysis, counseling, and coordination with patients own spiritual guides.
