What you'll do

• Drive service, quality, and growth initiatives
• perform comprehensive initial assessments
• manage or assist with day-to-day services and staff/client scheduling
• create training and onboarding programs
• train and support RBTs and BCBAs
• prepare curricula and annual program-effectiveness reports
• provide direct client and parent services when appropriate
• communicate with treatment teams
• complete annual performance evaluations
• coordinate with administrative teams on records and payer relationships.
