Sales Support Associate

What you'll do

• Provide guided-selling tool and scheduling support
• respond to Level 1 Salesforce quoting requests within a 24-hour service-level agreement
• escalate complex requests
• manage deal desk requests
• coordinate legal and master service agreement requests
• prepare DocuSign envelopes and track signatures
• support procurement, RFPs, client references, presentations, incentive paperwork, and approvals
• maintain Salesforce data accuracy
• learn product catalog and pricing models
• recommend process improvements.
