What you'll do

• Manage timeshare closing transactions
• review contracts and ownership documents
• coordinate with clients, resorts, title companies, developers, and internal teams
• obtain and review estoppels and transfer requirements
• prepare deeds and closing packages
• track transactions
• resolve title and documentation issues
• maintain records and update systems
• communicate status and next steps
• coordinate execution, recording, and ownership transfer
• identify process improvements.
