The Multicraft Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Elmore, AL, supporting a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility in Montgomery, AL. Compensation is $41–$42 per hour. Electrical Automation Services is seeking maintenance support for plant operations, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement. The technician troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems to support production and reduce downtime. The role also contributes to equipment reliability through preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, safe work practices, and coordination with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, controls, motors, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and automated production equipment
• perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• diagnose failures using schematics and PLC logic
• respond to breakdowns
• maintain conveyors, pumps, compressors, packaging, filling, bottling, and process equipment
• assist with installation and commissioning
• document work in maintenance systems
• conduct root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
• collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering
• follow safety, environmental, food and beverage, and lockout/tagout procedures.
