Seasonal CDL-A In-Plant Driver — Day Shift

The Seasonal CDL-A In-Plant Driver role is onsite in Sebewaing, MI, on 12-hour day shifts, three to five shifts per week based on production needs. Starting pay is $20 per hour, with overtime available during peak harvest. DHT Group hires drivers for its Michigan sugar beet harvest operation. The driver safely moves sugar beets within the customer production facility and supports harvest operations through loading, hauling, unloading, inspections, and coordination with plant personnel and dispatch. Successful seasonal drivers may have the opportunity to move into a year-round CDL-A position with DHT.

What you'll do

• Safely transport sugar beets within the customer production facility
• load, haul, and unload product
• complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• maintain DOT compliance and required documentation
• report equipment concerns
• work with plant personnel and dispatch
• represent DHT professionally and with a safety-first approach.

Why this role

Seasonal harvest work may provide a path to a full-time, year-round CDL-A role. A valid Class A CDL is required; dump trailer and agricultural hauling experience are preferred, and a doubles endorsement is preferred but not required.
