What you'll do

• Assign employees to workstations and coach, train, and cross-train packaging line personnel
• coordinate packaging operations and monitor food safety, quality, and compliance with applicable programs and standards
• support audits, corrective actions, documentation, and reporting
• oversee changeovers and equipment checks
• coordinate with production line leaders, maintenance, and shift managers
• and lead shift huddles and weekly line meetings to review performance and improvement opportunities.
