The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is an onsite, full-time position in Goldsboro, NC. Compensation is $90,000–$105,000 per year. Blue Jay ABA’s clinical team supports clinicians, registered behavior technicians, families, and children receiving ABA services. The BCBA leads clinical assessment and treatment planning, supervises behavior technicians, and works with families and other professionals to coordinate care. The role contributes to quality services and client outcomes through ongoing monitoring, collaboration, and evidence-informed practice.

What you'll do

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
• create individualized treatment plans
• supervise and support BTs/RBTs
• conduct parent training
• develop and monitor data collection for treatment goals
• coordinate care with other professionals
• stay current with ABA research and best practices.
