What you'll do

• Manage daily assignments and schedules, timesheets, and overtime
• develop and update facility orders, competency tasks, and procedures
• oversee assigned work groups and equipment
• lead and develop direct reports
• provide security-awareness programs
• review reports and identify program issues and countermeasures
• coordinate with facility departments and security representatives
• perform security officer or supervisor duties as needed, including patrols, emergency response, escorts, crisis intervention, documentation, and use-of-force policy compliance.
