What you'll do

• Own lifecycle strategy and execution across email, SMS, and push
• build onboarding, conversion, cross-sell, retention, reactivation, and win-back journeys
• develop segmentation and behavior-based messaging with the data team
• manage the ESP and CRM stack and deliverability
• build or co-build automation
• report on revenue, lifetime value, and incrementality.
