What you'll do

• Prepare meals for residents and follow food handling, HACCP, labeling, storage, and safety protocols.
• Maintain temperature records, collaborate with kitchen and community teams, participate in production meetings and required training, and follow direction from the Executive Chef or Director of Dining Services.
