Teller / Member Service Representative

What you'll do

• Provide member service
• process withdrawals, transfers, payments, and account maintenance
• recommend products and services
• open basic accounts and process loan applications
• conduct in-person and remote follow-ups
• participate in community and corporate events
• balance a cash drawer and assist with vault, cash recycler, and ATM reconciliation
• process basic IRA transactions
• and comply with anti-money-laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, and USA PATRIOT Act requirements. The role requires less than 5% local travel and standard branch hours, typically Monday–Thursday 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. and an eight-hour Friday shift scheduled between 8:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
