What you'll do

• Support member-service operations and coordinate teller duties, including cross-selling. Assist members with account inquiries and maintenance, account opening, and complaints
• maintain vault and ATM cash
• verify cash shipments under dual control
• balance and service coin machines where applicable
• audit teller drawers, ATM, and vault cash
• assist tellers with balancing and end-of-day procedures
• and support branch opening and closing as needed. Travel to other branches and work Saturdays when needed.
