Outlet Support Associate

The Outlet Support Associate role is onsite in Hialeah, FL. Pay is $16.50 per hour. The position supports CITY HOME's Outlet Clearance showroom and its mission to provide quality home furnishings at excellent values. The associate helps keep the showroom and staging area ready for customers by handling furniture, maintaining product presentation and cleanliness, and supporting sales and distribution colleagues. The work includes loading sold products into customer vehicles and restocking pre-priced furniture.

What you'll do

• Load products into customer vehicles using safe handling techniques
• install and tighten furniture hardware and components
• assist with showroom and staging-area cleanliness
• vacuum carpets daily
• keep floors clear of debris
• follow assigned standard work
• interact positively with sales staff, distribution personnel, and customers
• and contribute ideas to improve processes.
