What you'll do

• Build supportive relationships with students
• assist the Lead Guide with classroom environment and routines
• support individual and small-group activities
• prepare and organize materials
• observe classroom activities
• assist with transitions, meals, and outdoor play
• supervise students under staff direction
• report safety concerns
• maintain confidentiality
• follow school policies
• participate in required training and complete relevant placement documentation.
