The role collaborates with sales, customer service, production, and prepress to deliver quality, efficient packaging and support customer approvals and cost-reduction efforts.

What you'll do

• Design and engineer folding-carton structures using ArtiosCAD and related software
• create, modify, and manage dielines
• collaborate with sales and customer service on project goals, budgets, and technical constraints
• lead sample and mock-up development using a cutting table
• coordinate with prepress on press-ready files
• assess manufacturability and recommend substrate or finishing alternatives
• attend customer meetings
• maintain design records and approved files
• support cost-reduction initiatives
• mentor junior designers or interns as needed.
