What you'll do

• Provide care according to resident care plans and supervisor direction
• assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, ambulation, and feeding
• participate in shift reports
• reposition residents
• perform restorative procedures
• measure and record vital signs
• respond to resident calls
• monitor and report changes in condition, behavior, skin, or injuries
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• follow infection-control guidelines and protect resident rights.
