Server Assistant

What you'll do

• Transport dishes and service trays between kitchen and dining room
• complete opening and closing side work
• clean and maintain restaurant areas and sanitize tables and chairs
• prepare tables
• serve chips, salsa, and water
• replenish bar supplies and ice
• assist servers, bartenders, and customers
• monitor tables and alert servers to guest needs
• remove garbage
• follow health and safety procedures
• report problems to management.
