What you'll do

• Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding
• explain facility programs
• operate multi-line phones and cash register
• balance cash drawer
• record waivers and event information
• clean common areas and rink surfaces
• distribute and collect skates and check fit and condition
• handle guest concerns or refer them to a manager
• enforce venue policies and procedures.
