What you'll do

• Manage title and escrow closings
• prepare and review Closing Disclosures, ALTA statements, and closing documents
• resolve title issues, liens, and recording requirements
• coordinate with lenders, borrowers, agents, and attorneys
• disburse funds and ensure timely recording
• handle closings for properties in MN, IN, MD, MI, IL, KY, KS, NJ, CO, PA, and VA.

Why this role
