• Meet with fire chiefs, officers, and purchasing decision-makers

• build customer relationships through consultative selling
• guide customers from initial conversation through delivery and beyond
• develop existing accounts and new business
• maintain sales activity and forecasts in CRM
• understand customer budgets, purchasing processes, and financing options
• stay current on products, trends, and competitors.
