Behavioral Caregiver

Job overview

The Behavioral Caregiver role is onsite in Salinas, CA, and is part-time. Compensation is $22–$26 per hour; shifts worked between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM receive an additional $2 per hour. The role supports residents with mental health needs at the assisted living community. What you'll do

• Provide care and supervision in accordance with Title 22 regulations
• assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and medication support
• support individual care and treatment goals
• monitor resident well-being and report changes
• transport residents to appointments and community activities as needed

Why this role
