Lead Carpenter — Residential Remodeling

What you'll do

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on residential remodeling projects
• take ownership of field responsibilities and help keep projects on schedule
• read construction plans, drawings, and specifications
• identify problems and communicate issues
• coordinate with leadership, team members, subcontractors, and other trades
• maintain clean, organized job sites
• communicate with homeowners
• follow company processes and quality standards.
