Floating Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Floating Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Washington, DC, at the Howard Manor community, and pays $25–$30 per hour. The position supports S.L. The technician responds to resident service requests and repairs building systems and structures. What you'll do

• Respond to resident service calls
• perform plumbing repairs, tile repairs, drywall installation and repair, and electrical switch repairs
• occasionally assist with HVAC and refrigeration repairs, fence mending, key cutting, trash pickup, lawn care, pool cleaning, and carpet shampooing
• follow Fair Housing laws and applicable community procedures.
