The Behavioral Health Practitioner — 1st Shift role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. Nexus Family Healing’s youth crisis and stabilization center provides short-term residential care and therapeutic support for Hennepin County youth with complex mental and behavioral health needs. The practitioner reinforces treatment plans through daily guidance and supervision, supports resident safety, and works with coworkers and families to maintain a therapeutic environment. The role contributes to assessment, treatment support, and transition planning for youth and their families.

• Reinforce therapeutic plans through guidance in daily living
• supervise resident activities and behavior
• implement treatment plans and therapeutic services with coworkers
• adapt interactions to client phases and restrictions
• maintain a safe, respectful, clean environment
• engage families and support networks
• participate in off-campus activities and assist with transportation.
