Caregiver — Certified Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide / Personal Care Assistant

Job overview

The Caregiver role is onsite in clients’ homes in Milford, MA, with full-time and part-time opportunities, 20 or more hours per week, and first- and second-shift options. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour. SYNERGY HomeCare provides in-home support to help clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent. The caregiver assists clients with personal care and daily living while following individualized care plans and routines. The role supports client safety, comfort, mobility, and independence and communicates changes in condition or care needs to the team.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
• prepare meals and help with feeding when needed
• provide companionship and emotional support
• perform light housekeeping
• follow individualized care plans and routines
• report changes in client condition or care needs to the team.
