What you'll do

• Advise business and site leaders on workforce, talent, organizational, and employee matters
• develop workforce plans
• coach managers on employee relations, performance, leadership, talent, and change
• lead investigations and conflict resolution
• collaborate on recruiting, onboarding, mobility, and staffing
• drive performance reviews, talent assessments, succession, and development planning
• analyze engagement and workforce trends
• interpret employment laws and policies
• partner with HR functions
• use HR technologies including UKG and AI-enabled tools.
