What you'll do

• Generate and evaluate ideas to improve engine performance, durability, and manufacturability
• create part and assembly models in SolidWorks
• lead early-stage engine architecture and layout
• perform component and system analysis
• release production-ready drawings
• coordinate with suppliers and machine shops
• support assembly and prototyping
• participate in testing and interpret results
• maintain design procedures and documentation
• mentor technicians, interns, and junior engineers.
