The Senior Signal & Power Integrity Engineer role is an onsite position based in Austin, TX. The base salary range is $159,200.00 - $215,300.00 USD annually, and this role supports the Annapurna Labs team in developing machine learning acceleration hardware. This role exists to drive the SI/PI analysis and optimization of advanced packaging solutions for next-generation machine learning and data center ASICs. The engineer owns the package-level signal and power integrity strategy from architecture through design closure.

What you'll do

• Lead package-level SI/PI analysis
• Design and optimize package stack-ups
• Perform high-speed channel simulations
• Analyze and optimize the package PDN end-to-end
• Characterize and model on-die capacitance.
