• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new assistants.
• Uphold integrity by adhering to regulations and standards.
• Guide parents and patients through processes, educate on oral hygiene, and provide postoperative instructions.
• Ensure operational readiness of the clinical section.
• Maintain dental equipment.
• Order dental supplies and manage inventory.
• Hold staff to high integrity standards.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Experience

High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum 1 year experience as a dental assistant. Demonstrated supervisory ability. X-ray certification, other certified dental assistant credentials required.
