What you'll do

• Troubleshoot systems, applications, hardware, and peripherals using remote support tools
• analyze system performance
• resolve issues involving software, payment processing, reports, Windows, SQL, applications, and pharmacy workflows
• respond to customer inquiries by phone, chat, and email
• prioritize ticket queues
• recommend workflow changes
• document work in Siebel
• monitor systems
• coordinate support for field technicians and parts shipments.
