Job overview

What you'll do
- Maintain building systems and grounds at both locations
- perform preventive maintenance and repairs
- troubleshoot electrical systems
- assist with equipment and utility installation and commissioning
- maintain plumbing, lighting, drainage, and fire suppression systems
- keep maintenance records
- coordinate with contractors and vendors
- identify process and energy-efficiency improvements
- follow safety procedures.
