What you'll do

• Lead business requirements capture and documentation
• manage requirements in JIRA and other ALM activities
• analyze user needs and develop functional, technical, and business requirements
• conduct interviews and facilitate sessions
• elaborate user stories and acceptance criteria
• refine backlogs
• validate requirements and integration
• coordinate with systems engineers
• manage change control, risks, and issues
• maintain project backlogs and documentation
• track traceability among requirements, tests, and risks
• report program and product execution metrics
• mentor junior analysts
• support Agile/Scrum teams and remove impediments.
