What you'll do

• Execute assigned monthly billing-cycle tasks, generate invoices, process manual invoice lines, and document and escalate exceptions
• set up billing accounts and process rate updates under guidance
• assist with SOX compliance and Revenue Assurance audits
• investigate standard billing discrepancies
• support revenue-share and revenue-close processes
• maintain audit-ready documentation
• assist with onboarding cases and cross-functional billing projects.
