What you'll do

• Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral and skills assessments
• design treatment plans and individualized positive behavior and skill-acquisition plans
• supervise and monitor behavior technicians
• train and model implementation of plans
• support family conversations about assessment results and recommendations
• graph data, adjust strategies, and provide routine progress summaries.
