The Manufacturing Methods Analyst 1 is an onsite role based in Waco, TX. Compensation is $22.59–$38.72 per hour, supporting the manufacturing operations at HOLT Manufacturing. This role exists to support the development and accuracy of Methods of Manufacturing within the ERP system. The analyst ensures manufacturing data reflects optimized shop floor practices and supports New Product Introduction through cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do
- Assist in creating and maintaining Methods of Manufacturing in Epicor
- support updates resulting from engineering changes
- verify MoMs reflect shop floor practices
- document standard manufacturing processes
- support time studies and data collection
- validate BOM and routing alignment
- participate in NPI builds
- maintain ERP data accuracy.
