The Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Lockport, IL, with day shifts available on weekdays and weekends. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour, with an additional $2 per hour for eligible weekend shifts. Senior Helpers supports older adults in living safely and independently at home through its Age-Friendly Care approach. The caregiver provides assistance based on each client’s care plan, helping older adults maintain safety, comfort, and independence. Duties may include personal care, mobility support, meals, errands, medication reminders, and companionship, depending on individual needs.

What you'll do

• Depending on the client’s care plan, provide companionship
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• prepare meals
• help with light housekeeping and laundry, shopping, errands, and transportation
• provide medication reminders and dementia or memory-care support
• help clients remain safe and independent at home.
