The attorney manages personal injury and civil litigation matters through the legal process, preparing documents, researching issues, and communicating with clients. The role supports case strategy and client service through hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings.

• Manage personal injury and civil litigation cases through each phase of the legal process
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents
• conduct legal research and help shape case strategy
• communicate with clients and provide case updates
