The Toddler Assistant Teacher — Montessori role is onsite in Columbia, MO. Pay is $15–$25 per hour. The assistant supports the lead teacher and helps toddlers with classroom routines, materials, and tasks. The role contributes to children’s learning and development through observation, classroom organization, and daily care and support.

What you'll do

• Assist the lead teacher with documenting student learning and development through observations, reflections, videos, and photographs
• greet and dismiss toddlers ages 2–3
• help children with dressing and undressing
• support children in organizing and returning materials and completing tasks
• organize classrooms
• manage snacks and replenish supplies
• attend staff meetings, training, and school functions as requested.
