What you'll do

• Respond to resident service requests through an online ticketing system
• perform or assist with apartment and property maintenance, make-readies, groundskeeping, repairs, and upkeep
• identify and report hazards and unresolved maintenance issues
• assist with severe-weather damage prevention and repair
• use tools and equipment safely
• comply with company, ADA, OSHA, and other applicable requirements.
