What you'll do

• Plan, organize, and lead grading crews
• coordinate construction activities to project priorities, plans, and specifications
• develop schedules and monitor attendance, productivity, and performance
• calculate material quantities and coordinate deliveries and trucking
• ensure safety precautions and quality standards
• oversee and operate heavy equipment as needed
• monitor costs
• prepare progress reports
• maintain project documentation, permits, and licenses
• adapt to schedule, location, and shift changes.
