The System Administrator — Linux, TS/SCI with Polygraph role is onsite in Columbia, MD. Compensation is $180,000–$240,000 per year. Belay Technologies provides technology and engineering solutions to the Department of Defense and commercial clients. The administrator maintains and improves Linux systems and infrastructure, supporting reliable, secure operations across systems, applications, containers, networking, and hardware. The role also automates administration and deployment work and collaborates with engineering and operations teams.

What you'll do

• Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux systems
• develop scripts and tools for automation
• deploy and manage Kubernetes environments and containerized workloads
• automate provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and lifecycle management
• troubleshoot across operating systems, applications, networking, containers, and hardware
• monitor performance, availability, capacity, and security
• support CI/CD and deployments
• document configurations and procedures
• support physical servers and data-center infrastructure, including Dell hardware.
