What you'll do

• Build relationships with assigned seniors and families
• assist with activities of daily living and individual care needs
• notify management of changes in condition and recommend care adjustments
• assist with life skills and enriching activities
• participate in support-plan development and monthly updates
• monitor assigned residents throughout the shift
• support safety and risk-management policies
• respond to dining needs.
