Group Leader — School-Age Program

Job overview

The Group Leader role is onsite in Needham, MA, and pays $23–$27 per hour. This is a part-time position supporting Tobin Beaudet Schools’ school-age program, which provides a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment for children. The Group Leader helps children learn and develop through supervised daily activities, supports communication with families, and works with colleagues to meet classroom needs. The role contributes to a safe, welcoming program by maintaining standards, supporting individual needs, and completing required documentation.

What you'll do

• Lead and participate in activities that promote learning, creativity, and social-emotional development
• welcome children and families at drop-off and pick-up
• coordinate with colleagues
• supervise and care for children
• maintain safe, clean, organized spaces
• support child assessments and documentation
• communicate with families and staff
• assist with hygiene and personal care as needed
• follow school policies and mandated reporting procedures
• attend required training and meetings.
